Let’s get real for a minute…
Being a mum is a full-time job.
Being a military wife means routines change in a second.
And running a nail biz? That’s a whole empire in itself.
So when people ask, “How do you do it all?”
Truth is… sometimes I don’t.
But I’m still showing up. I’m still dreaming big. And I’m still building a business that gives me purpose and pays the bills.
Because even on the hard days — this vision? It’s non-negotiable.
💖 My Reality: School Holidays, Snack Duty & Salon Days
Right now, we’re in the thick of the school holidays.
Which means:
💥 Constant “Mum, I’m hungry” interruptions
💥 A house that somehow explodes in mess by 10am
💥 Clients booked in back-to-back while I juggle being everything to everyone
I’m a mum to two amazing boys — aged 10 and nearly 14 — and when my husband is away with work, I’m doing it solo.
But my clients still need beautiful nails.
My audience still needs value.
And I still need to chase my dreams.
💅 How I Make It Work (Even When It’s Not Perfect)
I won’t pretend it’s all colour-coded calendars and flawless routines.
Some days I smash it. Other days I survive it.
Here’s what helps me:
Flexible scheduling that fits my life, not the other way around
Boundaries with clients — because my time matters

This year, I’m saying yes to opportunities that light me up — and not letting my anxiety get in the way!
I'm:
Attending in-person training days in London
Attending Niche Nail Network in Birmingham this June
Going for afternoon tea at The Ritz with the amazing Charlie Day
Joining a learning retreat in the Peak District for two days in September
And — something I’ve dreamed of for years — taking my family on our first holiday to Orlando at the end of the year ✈️
I’ve also met some incredible entrepreneurs this past year who’ve become real friends. We support each other, cheer each other on, and remind each other that it’s okay to dream big — and go after it.
And I will continue to follow my dreams.
Being able to travel the world, buy our forever home, and provide the most epic life for my boys is what keeps me going.
(Also... one day I won’t have parking wars with my neighbours because I’ll have my own driveway 😂 — it’s the little things, right?)
This isn’t just about nails.
It’s about freedom. It’s about choice. It’s about impact.
